Nori asparagus spicy Thai noodles sprouts salad-σαλατα πρασινη καυτερη ταιλανδεζικη με φυκια νορι και σπαραγγια









Tools needed: mandolin, bowl
Ingredients:
1 cup Gu chai (Asian chive like noodles that grow inside the bamboo)
1 cup Baby asparagus
1/2 cup green shredded papaya
1/2 cup raw Nori (soaked them in warm water for a while)
1/2 cup Mung bean sprouts
1/2 cup fresh baby green peas
Pinch of red grounded chili (optional)
1 tbsp black rice vinegar
Salt as you taste
1 garlic clove
Pinch grounded white pepper Lemon juice
Olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tspn tamari
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients into a glass bowl and stir
Marinate and allow remaining for 1 hour in refrigerator
Serve:
Serve as salad with various main dishes
