Savory banana chips- αλμυρα τσιπς απο μπανανα
















ingredients:
cut slice in ridge shapes
marinate with flax or sesame oil salt and black ground pepper
dehydrate 16 hours you like them very crispy

pinneaple marmalade biscuits- Μπισκοτα με γεμιση μαρμελαδα ανανα



Biscuit Ingredients:
1 cup soaked cashews
1 tsp orange zest
2 tbsp black raisins
1 coconut meat
1 tbsp sesame
2 tbsp sun flower seeds (whole seeds)
1 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp agave nectar
Little salt
Water as needed
1 tbsp coconut oil
biscuit preparation:
In food processor adding the water, coconut oil, agave nectar, tahini and the cashews and process
Add the dough into the bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mix
Add into dehydrator sheet making thin layer cookies shapes
Dehydrate until to turn crispy for about14-16 hours












Pineapple marmalade ingredients:
Half pineapple chopped
5 tbsp brown natural sugar
1 tbsp psyllium husks
orange juice to liquefied if needed
Marmalade Preparation:
In the blender add the ingredients and blend
apply over dehydrator sheet in 1/12 inch thickness
Dehydrate 3-4 hours until to turn sticky
Assemble:
cut into desire shapes to fill the biscuits using cookies mold or cutter
fill the biscuits
Keep refrigerated afterwards
