CHEESY KALE CHIPS














Kale chips in cheesy red sauce
Tools needed: dehydrator, bowl
Ingredients:
1 kilo marinated kale (remove stems)
Preparation:
Place the leaves into a big bowl to marinate with olive oil, tamari, salt, black pepper, grounded garlic and occasionally massage them with your palms

Red cheese dip
Tools needed: food processor or blender
Ingredients:
1cup cashews butter
1 medium red bell pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 small tomato
1/2 tbsp chili flakes
Salt as needed
2 tbsp tamari
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp white onion
1 tbsp fresh onion
Pinch black pepper
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients into the blender adding water if needed

Final preparation:
Add into a bowl the marinated kale and the dip adding water if needed and work with your palms
Dehydrate until turn crispy
