PASTA IN WHITE SAUCE WITH MUSHROOMS




















Tools needed: blender
Ingredients:
1/2 cup marinated mushrooms
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup coconut meat
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp vinegar
Salt as you taste
1/2 tsp white ground pepper
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped white onion
1 tbsp shredded ginger
1/2 tsp grounded nutmeg
3 tbsp shred carrot
Preparation:
Marinate the mushrooms with oil, salt white pepper and garlic
Keep the mushrooms and the carrot at side and place the rest of ingredients into a blender and process the texture
Add over the carrot and mushroom
Serve:
Serve with pasta, burgers, bread and sprout salads

 Zucchini pasta

Tools needed: special noodles mandolin or spiral slicer
Ingredients:
1 zucchini
Preparation:
Shred the zucchini with noodles mandolin maker or spiral slicer
Sprinkle with salt and place it over a towel to remove the liquids
Stir with 1 tbsp olive oil
Serve:
Serve with mushroom sauce
