green rice-πρασινο ρυζι
















Tools needed: blender, food processor
Green rice Ingredients:
Handful of royal basil leaves (optional can use spinach)
1 minced garlic clove
Juice of small tomato
1/2 cup soaked pine seeds
1/2 cup finely chopped cauliflower florets
1/2 finely chopped cucumber
2 tbsp finely chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped zucchini
1/4 cup finely chopped turnip
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt as you taste
4 tbsp finely chopped green onion
3 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
2 tbsp lemon juice
Pinch of White onion
1 tbsp tamari
Green rice Preparation:
Add little water and blend the basil leaves
Add the texture into food processor
Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse 1-2 times avoid melt
Move the texture into a bowl and let seat aside for 2 hours or more the flavor to develop
Apple over dehydrator sheet and dehydrate for 2 hours or more
Serve:
Serve as sushi fill, stuffed tomatoes or for green leaves wraps
