Mint sauce- σαλτσα μεντας

















Tools needed: blender
Ingredients:
Half medium size avocado
1/2 cup fresh coconut meat
1/3 cup fresh mint
Handful of fresh coriander
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt as you taste
3-4 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp white grounded pepper
3-4 tbsp finely chopped green onion
1/2 medium size garlic clove
Water as needed
Preparation:
Add the ingredients into the blender
Blend well until smooth and creamy texture adding water when needed
Refrigerate afterwards
Serve:
Serve as topping for salads, fruits, sprouts and vegetable sticks
