rainbow sushi rolls























Tools needed: sushi mat
Ingredients:
Rice vinegar
Sesame oil
Seaweed dried sushi sheets
Carrot stick
Green peas sprouts
Cucumber sticks
Celery sticks
Fresh young asparagus
Needles mushrooms
Mung bean sprouts























Assemble:
Use green rice, red rice and yellow rice

In a bowl mix with fresh finely cut vegetables ad mix
Use the sushi mat
Bring the seaweed sushi sheet over the mat
Apply the rice and the fresh finely chopped vegetables over the sheet in a thin layer
Add the marinated sticks and roll
Repeat with another sushi seaweed sheet with the other color or rice
Refrigerate afterwards consuming into 2 days
Serve:
Serve with tahini, mint, sesame or chili sauce and fresh green sprouts salad
