yellow rice-κιτρινο ρυζι
























Tools needed: juicer, blender, food processor
Yellow rice Ingredients:
1/2 cup pumpkin juice
1/2 cup finely chopped cauliflower florets
1/2 cup finely chopped zucchini
1/2 cup finely chopped turnip
2 minced garlic cloves
3 tbsp finely chopped white onion
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp finely chopped green onion
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
Salt as you taste
1/3 tspn curry powder
Pinch turmeric powder
2 tbsp olive oil
Pinch chili powder
Yellow rice Preparation:
Juice the pumpkin and add it with the rest of the ingredients
Finely chop the ingredients and add the texture into food processor and pulse 1-2 times avoid melt
Move the texture into a bowl and let seat aside for 2 hours or more the flavor to develop
Apply over dehydrator sheet and dehydrate for 3-4 hours
Serve:
Serve as fill for sushi, stuffed vegetables or eat plain with salad
