Carrot crackers





















Tools needed: food processor, bowl, dehydrator
Ingredients:
1/3 sesame soaked seeds
3 tbsp grounded pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup soaked cashews
2 red bell peppers
1 carrot peeled
1 tsp paprika
1 coconut
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander
Pinch of white grounded pepper
Salt as you taste
1 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp vinegar
Pinch of grounded cumin
Water when needed
Preparation:
Soak the sesame seeds and set aside
Add the rest of the ingredients into food processor and process well
Bring into a bowl and mix with sesame seeds
Place over dehydrator sheet into a thin texture
Dehydrate for 14 hours or more for more crunchy taste
Keep it air sealed afterwards
Serve:
Eat plain as a snack, with salads or topping with Various dressings
