cashews pita bread















pita bread made with cashews old coconut
And black sesame

Tools needed: dehydrator, blender, food processor
Ingredients:

1 cup older coconut meat
1/2 cup grounded flax seeds
1/2 cup grounded black sesame seeds
1 cup soaked cashews
1 red bell pepper
Pinch cumin grounded seeds
Pinch mustard
Pinch white grounded pepper
1 tsp agave nectar
Salt as you taste
Preparation:
Add the coconut first with water and the bell pepper into the blender and blend well until turns creamy
Add the rest of the ingredients and continuous blend for few minutes
Apply the mix over dehydrator sheets
Thicker layer for pizza crust and bread and thinner for pita or crepe
Dehydrate 12-14 hours flip sides in between
Store air sealed
Serve:
Serve as pita fill with vegetable sticks and garlic sauce and falafel
Or with tomato sauce and vegetables as pizza crust
