Coconut Smoking cheese
Tools needed: food processor or blender
Ingredients:
3/4 cup coconut meat
1/2 cup grounded cashews
6 medium size soaked sun-dried tomatoes
1 tbsp tamari
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of paprika
1/3 tsp grounded black pepper
1 full tsp minced fresh ginger root
Salt as you taste
1/2 tsp agave nectar
1 medium garlic clove
1 small fresh tomato
Water as needed
Preparation:
Soak the tomatoes for 2 hours
Ground the cashews
Add into blender or to a good food processor
Add water when needed and process until creamy without small tomato pieces left
Keep refrigerates
Serve:
Serve with crackers, tomatoes fill, warps or as pizza crust cheese
