jicama bread/crust
crust
Tools needed: food processor, dehydrator
Ingredients:
1 red bell pepper
1 1/2 cup jicama
1/2 cup soaked cashews
1 cup coconut meat
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp green onion chopped
1/2 tsp fresh oregano
Pinch of brown sugar
Salt as needed
3 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp chopped celery
1 tbsp tamari
Pinch black grounded pepper
Pinch cumin powder
Pinch paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation:
Add all the ingredients into food processor and process
Move the dough to dehydrator trays
Sprinkle with black sesame on top
Dehydrate afterwards for 12-14 hours flip sides in between
Serve:
Serve as bread with various toppings or for pizza crust
