LEMON DELIGHT CHEESECAKE
Lemon delight cheesecake
Citrus cheesecake made by lemon zest, fresh lime juice, coconut and macadamia
Lemon crust
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh shredded old coconut
1 cup almonds
3 tbsp coconut oil
4 tbsp agave
Pinch vanilla
Pinch salt
1 tbsp lime zest
Preparation:
Add all the ingredient into food processor and process
Lemon cream
Tools needed: blender
Cream Ingredients:
1 cup fresh coconut
2/3 cup macadamia
2 tbsp coconut oil
5 tbsp agave
3 tbsp lime juice
1 tspn green lime zest
Pinch vanilla
Water as needed
lemon cream preparation:
Add all the ingredients into the blender
Add water when needed
Assemble:
Use a bottomless cake mold
add the crust and press very well
add the fill
top with coconut and sliced lime shredder coconut
and pistachio grounded
Refrigerate overnight or freeze for 4 hours
